Hi, I’m Sophia! I want to help kids from all backgrounds learn about the magic of STEM. I love swimming and reading, and I also enjoy making sourdough bread and other baked goods.

Our Story
I started STEMagic Kits in 2024 because I wanted to show kids that they can be anything they want to be no matter where they are from, and they don’t have to be limited by age or resources. Kids can learn STEM and experiment at home, but there is a lack of affordable STEM kits. So, using funds from a science fair, I began creating my own experiments using simple everyday materials and designing illustrated instruction booklets to inspire kids in my community and beyond! Every child can be a scientist or engineer or whatever they want to be. We just need to give them a glimpse of what is possible and the inspiration to dream big.

Ellie Mielke
Hi, I’m Ellie! I believe everyone deserves the chance to try out STEM. I love both swimming and artistic swimming, as well as drawing digitally. My favorite book genre is murder mysteries.
Surbhi Choubey
Hi, I’m Surbhi! I’ve been interested in STEM for my whole life. Specifically, I like engineering and biology. I think it’s really important to make STEM fields feel accessible to everyone. Additionally, I enjoy field hockey and art.
Reginae Bendolph
Hi, I’m Reginae! I’m passionate about STEM, and I hope that other kids can find out if their passion is STEM too! I’m especially a huge fan of math, and I’d love to cultivate a love for it in others. I love to read fantasy books and play games.
Rhea Vasavada
Hi, I’m Rhea! Growing up, I enjoyed hands-on home projects, which led to my appreciation for everyday science. Building things is a fun and essential skill every child should learn. I’m excited to make STEM kits accessible to as many kids as possible and inspire curiosity.

Hi, I’m Ari! I enjoy playing tenor saxophone and clarinet. I’m also an avid Pokémon Trading Card Game player.
